Position robot in a secure transport position.

lifting eye bolts
in the rear M20 holes.

Attach roundslings to robot according to fig-
ure

Note
Make sure that the roundslings do not lie
against sensitive parts, for example harness
and customer equipment!

per arm, put it in a U-shape through the hole
in the wrist.

on the up-
per arm, put it in a sling around the gearbox
axis 4 and on the inside of motor axis 4.

that
it shall be routed on the inside of the cable
harness of motor axis 2, in order not to dam-
age the harness!

CAUTION
The IRB 6620 robot weighs 900 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
