Lifting complete arm system onto base and axis-1 gearbox

Guide pins: M16x300
Attach two guide pins in opposite threaded
holes of the gearbox.

Loosen the cable bracket in the frame, to
give space to the guide pin in the gearbox
during refitting of arm system.

CAUTION
The complete armsystem weighs 4,300 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly.

Use caution and lift the complete arm sys-
tem up.

Clean contact surfaces between base in-
cluding gearbox, cross roller bearing and
frame.
DANGER
Let only one hand stay underneath the
hanging gearbox while cleaning.

Flange sealant: Loctite 574

Apply flange sealant (Loctite 574) on the
sealing surface for the cross roller bearing
on the base.
