- Remove batteries

1.
Switch off the UPS and disconnect all input/
output AC/DC power cords and
connections.
2. To remove the front panel (A), insert a flat
screwdriver (B) in the gap between front
panel and body case,
NOTE
GENTLY PRY THE FRONT PANEL
APART FROM THE BODY, WHILE
CAREFULLY REMOVING THE FRONT
COVER, PAY ATTENTION TO
FRAGILE CABLES
3. Remove the battery protection (C).
4.
Pull out the batteries (D1/D2), and remove
the two flat spacers (F1/F2) between the
batteries (D1/D2).
5. Disconnect the battery wires (E).
6.
Dispose of the batteries properly (D1/D2).
7.
Take a new batteries (D1/D2).
8. Make sure the red wire is secured to the red
battery pad and the black wire to the black
battery pad, and reconnect the battery
wires (E).
9.
Insert the new batteries (D1/D2) into the
unit, and reconnect the two flat spacers (F1/
F2) between the batteries (D1/D2).
10. Reinstall the front panel (A).
DANGER
DO NOT POWER UP THE UPS TILL
THE ENCLOSURE IS COMPLETELY
RE-ASSEMBLED . RISK OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK
11. Reconnect all cables and switch on the UPS.
