If a client is defined for GOOSE receive, at least one cross in
Sigmal Matrix is required to be able to write the configuration to
the IED.
To enable GOOSE communication, set
Operation
to “On” in
Parameter Setting for all included GOOSE receiving function
blocks in the application configuration.

Write the configuration to the IED.
In the
Plant Structure
view, select the IED, right-click and select
Write to
IED
.
