Securing handle

The front panel of the protection relay has an additional locking mechanism to
secure the handle in place. A padlock can be fitted to the locking mechanism to
prevent the handle from opening. By default, the handle is locked in place without
a padlock.

For added security, use a padlock to lock the handle in place.
