Available actions on the user interface
Action
Description
Read
Clicking Read reads all available fault records from the protection relay into the tool.
One fault record, 20 fault records or all fault records can be read. The Read button
opens up a progress bar to indicate an ongoing read operation.
Clicking Cancel on the Read progress bar cancels the read operation. On operation
completion, the available fault records are shown in the record grid.
Clicking the + icon expands the record details for viewing.
Save
Clicking Save saves the fault records on the local machine as .txt file.
Clear
A record can be cleared from the Fault Record tool, the protection relay or both.
Before deleting the records, a confirmation dialog box is shown.
