In the direct inter-trip scheme, the carrier send signal (ZCOM-CS) is sent from an un-
derreaching zone that is tripping the line.
The received signal (ZCOM-CR) is directly transferred to a ZCOM-TRIP for tripping
without local criteria. The signal is further processed in the tripping logic. In case of sin-
gle-pole tripping in multi-phase systems, a phase selection is performed.

The parameters for the scheme communication logic function are set via the local HMI
or PST (Parameter Setting Tool). Refer to the Technical reference manual for setting
parameters and path in local HMI.
Configure the zones used for the ZCOM-CS carrier send and for scheme communica-
tion tripping by using the CAP configuration tool.
