CALIBRATING YOUR TOUCHSCREEN
Calibration: Windows 7 / Windows 8
Step 1.
Open
Control Panel
Step 2.
Click
Hardware and Sound
You should see
Tablet PC Settings
on a list
of options.
Step 3.
Click
“Calibrate the screen for pen
or touch input”
Step 4.
Click
“Calibrate...”
Then reset Restore Defaults
Step 5.
Calibration
Tap the crosshair each time it appears on-
screen. Starts L to R, top to bottom.
Initial calibration sets 16 points. Subsequent
calibrations only require 4 points.
Driver-free Windows 7 and 8
As Windows 7 does not require a separate
driver to actuate touch, you can skip the driver
install step, and proceed directly to calibration
and begin using your touchscreen.

Multitouch & Gesture Control:
Win 7 & Win 8 operating systems will operate in multitouch (10 point writing touch touch) in
programs that are multitouch activated, such as Windows Paint. ABI’s Activetouch software
can also be used in Multitouch mode. Gesture controls such as Zoom In, Zoom Out, Page
Scroll also can be used .
