your set value, the monitor flashes to inform you.
A+PULSE (average pulse):
After START/STOP button is pressed, the monitor records your heart rate per minute,
and after you press START/STOP button to stop
exercise, it shows your average heart rate.

CLOCK, ALARM, DATE, TEMPERATURE window:
If you stop rowing or did not press any buttons in 4 minutes, the monitor switches to
sleep mode and showing clock (hour : minute),
date (year, month, date) and room
temperature ( C or F). If you have set an alarm, SPM window shows a bell icon. When the
alarm beeps, press any key to turn off the alarm.
NOTE: Temperature C or F is factory preset.

A.
Clock, calendar and alarm setting:
After the power is connected, the screen will fully display for one second and ready
for clock, calendar and alarm setting.

use UP, DOWN and MODE/ENTER button to set hours
b.
use UP, DOWN and MODE/ENTER button to set minutes
c.
use UP, DOWN and MODE/ENTER button to set years
d.
use UP, DOWN and MODE/ENTER button to set months
e.
use UP, DOWN and MODE/ENTER button to set dates
f.
use UP, DOWN and MODE/ENTER button to set alarm (hour: minute).
If you have set an alarm, monitor shows a bell icon, otherwise not. Then the
display will go to the exercise standby mode.
NOTE:
1.
In standby status, press RESET for 2 seconds to enter clock & calendar setting
mode. The setting order is : hour, minute, year,
month, date, alarm hour, alarm minute. If you want to skip certain values, press
MODE/ENTER repeatedly to skip setting.
2.
During alarm setting, ALARM icon shown on the top-left of LCD. Press UP or DOWN
button to ignite a bell icon which indicates the
alarm time can be set, then press
MODE/ENTER to enter alarm setting. Or press UP or DOWN button until bell icon disappear,
and then press MODE/ENTER to skip alarm setting.
3.
Press any key to turn off the alarm.
4.
When the power plug is disconnected, the data of clock, alarm and calendar will be
deleted.
NOTE:
1. If you stop rowing or did not press any buttons in 4 minutes, the monitor switches to sleep
mode. In this mode, monitor shows time, room temperature and date.
2. If the monitor does not display properly, please remove the power cable and insert again
after 15 seconds.
