NOTE
Removing the housing cover
To make installation easier, you can remove the housing cover of the wallbox mechanically at any time. This procedure is
described in the section “Replacing the housing cover” on page 52.

Feed the power line and, if necessary, the data cable into the
wallbox through the corresponding grommets in the supply
cable area.

If you want to integrate the wallbox into a LAN network
via a data cable, form a cable loop and enclose it with the
folding ferrite before inserting it into the wallbox through
the
DATA
grommet.

Lay the loop of the data cable on the rear of the wallbox
and hang the wallbox in the two tongues of the mounting
rail using the suspension points on the back.

Fix the wallbox in place with the remaining screws supplied.

Screw the two TX30 half-round head screws through the
upper attachment points in the mounting rail.

Screw the two TX30 wafer head screws into the mounting
points in the wall via the lower attachment points.

Electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified specialist electrical contractor!

Ensure that the power supply cable remains disconnected from the electricity grid.

Deactivate the upstream miniature circuit breaker / MCB in the domestic power distribution.

Deactivate the RCCBs in the wallbox and in the domestic power supply.

Information on the upstream MCB on site
To connect the Wallbox eM4 Single to the mains, a miniature circuit breaker / MCB must be installed upstream in the domestic
power distribution. According to IEC 60364-4-4, this MCB must have a short-circuit resistance (I
