POSSIBLE SOLUTION

Assembling/
Disassembling

1. Difficult to
release/lower mixing
arm.

1. To release, press in and hold the ‘PUSH’ button on
the front of the stand mixer, guiding the mixing arm
upwards with your hand. To lower the mixing arm,
press and hold the ‘PUSH’ button, guiding the arm down
with your hand until it is securely in place and the
‘PUSH’ button is protruding outwards.

2. Difficult to
attach/remove mixing
bowl.

2. To attach the mixing bowl, place it onto the base
located to the left of the ‘PUSH’ button and turn
clockwise until secure. To remove, turn anticlockwise
and the bowl should release ready to lift off.

3. Difficult to
attach/remove splash
guard.

3. Make sure the mixing arm is released. To attach the
splash guard to the mixing bowl, ensure the spout is
facing upwards/towards yourself, not in the path of the
mixing arm and place into the top of the bowl, pushing
gently downwards around the edges to secure. To
remove, pull the splash guard upwards and it should
detach easily.

4. Difficult to
insert/remove
attachment.

4. Make sure the mixing arm is released. It may help to
remove the splash guard. Line up the square space in
the top of the attachment with the protruding piece of
metal on the blade connector. Push the attachment up
into the springs and rotate anticlockwise until it secures
into place. To remove, simply turn the attachment
clockwise and the attachment should easily release.

The stand mixer
will not run/has
stopped working

1. There is no power
to the appliance.

1a. The appliance may not be plugged into the electrical
socket correctly. Ensure the plug is pushed in securely
and that the switch is on.

‘0’. Turn the speed dial to the required speed setting.
1c. The electrical socket may not be working properly.
Check the fuse and breakers or consult an electrician.

replaced by the manufacturer or similarly qualified
person. Contact customer services using details at the
end of this section.
