Choosing an attachment
(Not dishwasher safe, wash in warm soapy water only)
Attachment
Use
Mixing blade
For normal to heavy mixtures, such as cakes, biscuits
and mash potatoes.
Whisk
For air incorporated mixtures, such as eggs/egg
whites, meringues and double/whipping cream.
Dough Hook
For yeast mixtures, such as breads and pizza dough.
Connecting the attachment
Line up the square space of the attachment chosen with the metal part of the
blade connector, then gently push the attachment up into the connector and
rotate the attachment anticlockwise until it is securely in place.
Note
: The splash guard may obstruct the mixing arm, ensure the spout is at the
front of the mixer.
Removing the attachment
Press and hold the “Push button” to release the mixing arm, guiding with your hand.
Twist the attachment clockwise until it detaches and remove.
