Tool use and care
Use clamps or other practical way to secure and support the work-piece to a
platform. Holding the work by hand or against your body is unstable and may
lead to of control. Do not force tool. Use the correct tool for your application.
The correct tool will do the job better and sate at the rate to which it is desi-
gned. Do not use tool if switch does not turn it on or off. Any tool that cannot
be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired. Disconnect
the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing the tool. Such preventive safety measures reduce the
risk of s´tarting me tool accidentally. Store idle tools out of reach of children
and other untrained persons. Tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained
useres. Maintrain tools with care. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
main tools, with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to
control. Check for misalignment or binding or moving parts, and any condition
that may affect the tools operation. If damaged, have the tool serviced using.
Many accidents are recommended by poor maintrance of the tools. Use only
accessories that are recommended by the manufacturer for your model.
Accessories that may be suitable for one tool, may become hazardous when
use another tool.
Service
Tool service must be performed only by qualified repairing persons. Service or
maintenance performed by unqualified personnel could result in a risk of inju-
ry. When servicing a tool, use only identical replacement parts. Follow instruc-
tions Maintenance section of manual. Use of unauthorized parts of failure to
follow Maintenance Instructions may create a risk of electric shock injury.
SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
Accessories must be rated for at least the speed recommended on the tool
making label. Wheels and other accessories running over rated speed an fly
apart and cause injury.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
This tool can be used to polish cars.
ASSEMBLY
1. Install the D-handle.
There is a D-handle supplied with your tool to help you grasp your tool
more firmly.
2. Install the polishing disc & the polishing pad.
Before using polisher, please install polishing disc and the polishing pad.
• Place the polishing disc onto the spindle.
• Cover the polishing disc with the the polishing pad
• Srew the hexagon flange tight using the hexagon wrench.
WARNING
– You must let the tool operate for more than 1 minute with no
load to checking the assembly before operation.

OPERATION
1. ON/OFF
The switch has a safety button for accoiding accidentally starting and sel-
flock button.
• Open the safety button and depress the power switch to start the tool.
• Press Gown the sell-lock button (on the left side of the power switch) for
continue work.
• If you want to stop the tool, just press the power switch and deliver it
again.
NOTE – The polisher is assembled with a soft start device, so the tool will start
in 1-2 sec.
2. To polish cars or furniture with wax:
1) First make sure that the car is not covered with mud or layer of dust before polishing.
2) Oil the polishing pad over the polishing disc, then rest the polishing disc on
the work surface.
3) While the polishing disc is resting on the work surface, grasp the polisher
securely and turn it on. Move the polisher around the car lightly.
