NOTE – The polisher is supplied with over-load protect device. When the tool
is burdened with obsessive workload, the polisher will stop work immediately.
Release the over load, the tool will start running again.
4. Selecting the Correct Operating Speed:
The polisher can be operated at different speeds, and the speed is contro-
lled by speed adjuster located on the switch button. There are 6 range of
polishing speed (1- 2- 3- 4- 5 - 6). When adjust to range 1, the speed is
500/ min. Ajust to range 6, the speed will be the highest: 3000/ min.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING
– Always plug off the tool before cleaning or making any
repairs.
1. For safe operation & good performance, clean the tool body with dry cloth
after each use.
• Clean the tool with dry cloth.
• Clean the polishing pad, then dry it before storage.
CAUTION
– Never use strong solvent, such as gasolie to clean plastic parts
of the tool.
2. Keep the air vent of the tool clean from dirt, clean off the accumulated dust
or oil dirt periodically.
3. Alway keep the handles clean and free of oil and grease.
4. Inspect electrical cords periodically, if damaged have it repaired or repla-
ced by al qualified technican or an authorized service center. (see GENE-
RAL SAFETY RULES).
Running the motor for 15 minutes without load to match the contact of the
brushes and commutator.
5. During normal operation, if anything abnormal happens, turn off the switch
and unplug the tool immediately. Have the tool checked and repaired befo-
re any further use.

- Only have your tool repaired by a qualified serviceman.
