7.7.2 Preset / Tour / Pattern
Control keys:
Control keys for orientation of the PTZ camera head (left,
right etc.)

Speed controller (+/-):
This controller can be used to adjust the pan/tilt speed.
Tab: Presets:
To configure a preset, first guide the camera to the
desired point incl. zoom setting, then select a preset row.
Assign a new name if necessary (standard is "Preset x").
Now press the "Configure" button.
To call up a preset, select a preset row. A further “Call” option will then appear. There will
also be another option to delete the preset.
Tab: Patrol:
To configure a patrol, first select a patrol (e.g. 01), then
press the + button at the bottom of the patrol dialogue;
this will then add a new patrol step. Now select a preset,
choose the length of time to remain on this patrol step and
set the speed for the start-up of this patrol step. Add
further patrol steps as required. When you are finished,
press the disk symbol to save the whole patrol. The
playback symbol starts the patrol. The stop symbol stops
the patrol.
Tab: Pattern:
A pattern is a programmed control and zoom sequence.
Here, the camera stores all actions carried out by you
using the control and zoom keys. The configuration
(learning phase) is started by pressing the pencil symbol.
The learning phase is stopped by pressing the key to the
right of the pencil symbol.
7.7.3 Limits
Setting to limit the pan and tilt (not zoom) area, e.g. to ensure that private areas are not
viewed

Manual stops: limit manual control.
Search stops: limit scan actions.

Display whether a limitation has been set.
