ELECTRODE PLACEMENT GUIDE
Provide the patient with the Patient Electrode Placement Guide and indicate the electrode placement for each treatment prescribed.
Mark each electrode location with (+) or (
–) sign to indicate the polarity of the electrodes, or use red and black marker to identify the
color code for each wire. Red represents (+) and Black represents (-). Mark the blue (B) and Green (A) channels.
