NuVoice Troubleshooting 

If you are experiencing problems with the device operating system or the NuVoice software, it is 

important to read and follow these instructions. 
For any internal system software troubleshooting, 

always

 plug in the battery charger first. 

The Device Stops Speaking 

1.

 

In NuVoice, select the 

Tools

 icon and then select the 

Toolbox

 key. 

2.

 

Select 

Maint Menu

3.

 

Select 

Power Management

4.

 

Select 

Shutdown

5.

 

After the device has shut down, press the power button to restart the device. 

The Device is Not Working Correctly or Freezes, but You Can Access NuVoice 

Important!

 Do not use the power button.
