Code Key Expired

The code key is from an
expired lot of test strips.

This message may appear when using a white
activation chip in the meter. It means the test strips
expire at the end of the current month. At the end of
the month, discard the white activation chip and
any remaining test strips. Insert a black activation
chip. Make sure the time and date in the meter are
correct. If you need a black activation chip, please
call the Accu-Chek Enquiry Line on 1800 251 816.

Discard the test strip and repeat the test with a new

An electronic error has
occurred or, in rare cases, a
used test strip was removed
and reinserted.

Turn the meter off and remove the batteries. Wait at
least 30 seconds prior to reinserting the batteries.
Turn the meter on and perform a blood glucose or
control test. If the problem persists, call the
Accu-Chek Enquiry Line on 1800 251 816.
