8. Troubleshooting
IMPORTANT!
The troubleshooting chart covers most of the difficulties that you may encounter under
normal working conditions. If the UPS fails to operate properly, please review the following
steps before contacting the service center.

Improper load connected (home appliance with an electric
motor, or a capacitor with a residue charge). Please
disconnect this device from the UPS.
Over mains voltage, turn on the UPS again.

UPS Output Short-Circuit
Remove short-circuit equipment from the UPS

UPS Over Load
Reduce loading capacity below the UPS power rating

UPS Over Temperature
Ensure that the ambient temperature is within the limits
of –10~45C. If the ambient temperature can't meet this
spec, try to reduce the load output.
Please check if the UPS ventilation from the front and the
rear is not blocked.

operation panel.

Battery not connected or battery low

Turn on the UPS via ON/OFF button
