System Security
The Setup program has a number of security features to prevent unauthorized access to the system and its data.
The following screen appears if you select System Security from the main menu:

Setup Password .................. [ None ]
Power-on Password ............... [ None ]

Setup Password
The Setup Password prevents unauthorized access to the BIOS utility.
Setting a Password
1.
Make sure that switch no. 2 of SW1 is set to Off (bypass password).
You cannot enter the BIOS utility if a Setup
password does not exist and switch no. 2 of SW1
is set to On (password check enabled).
By default, switch no. 2 of SW1 is set to Off
(bypass password).

Enter the BIOS utility and select System Security.
