Configuring Integrated SCSI Hardware RAID
Please refer to the Appendix A. for the Integrated SCSI hardware RAID
configuration.
Installation Tips
NOTE. There is no built-in driver for Integrated SCSI hardware RAID in the OS.
You need an USB floppy for applying driver during the OS installation.
1.
As Windows 2000 can’t recognize the integrated SCSI hardware RAID, you
need to make a driver diskette from the EasyBUILD 7.1 build 100 first
before the installation.
2.
Press F6 at the start of installation to provide the driver diskette.
3.
Select “Intel (R) RAID Controllers For Windows 2000” as target driver
4.
After loading the RAID driver from diskette, follow the normal procedure
to finish the installation.
