Notes on port functionality
1. When Acer USB Type-C Dock II has the firmware installed and is connected
to the host with specific BIOS setting via the full function UBS Type-C
connection, the dock power button mirrors what the host power button does.
2. If you connect Acer USB Type-C Dock II to a USB 3.0 port on the host side,
•
Acer USB Type-C Dock II will not support charging to your host.
•
The dock power button will not be able to mirror what the host power
button does.
•
The power indicator will not be able to reflect the power status of your
host.
