• The voltage in an
ACG
vehicle battery pack (the battery pack is what you charge
and provides the “fuel” to the ACG’s electric drive system) is 48 Volt DC and is
sufficient to cause death by electric shock - electrocution.
For this reason,
ACG
owners should
NEVER
attempt to do any maintenance or
repair work on their
ACG
vehicle’s electric drive system, including the battery pack,
unless they have had special training. The one exception is inspection and refilling,
if necessary, of the distilled water in flooded type batteries that can be ordered with
ACG
vehicles.
