10.1 Repair Parts – Ordering Instructions 

This parts and instruction manual contains information required to install and maintain your hoist. To insure prompt 

service, each repair parts order should be placed with ACI, and must contain the following information:  

 

Serial number and Model number from the hoist name plate, located on the side of the hoist. 

 

Voltage, Amp and Horse Power from the hoist name plate, located on the side of the hoist. 

 

Hoist capacity from the hoist name plate, located on the side of the hoist. 

 

Hoist Speed from the hoist name plate, located on the side of the hoist. 

 

Item number of part from the part list. 

 

Part name from the part list. 

 

Part number from the part list. 

 

Quantity of parts requested.  

Note: 

When ordering replacement parts, it is recommended that consideration be given to the need for also ordering 

such items as gaskets, fasteners, seals, etc. These items may be damaged or lost during disassembly or just unfit for
