Position the trolley wheels on the beam from bellow and adjust the side plate assembly to dimension measured
as above.
Secure the stud with nut and block washer.
After installation of the low headroom hoist trolley, the unit should be balance. Counterweight box is specially
designed for this purpose (Figure 4.6.2). It is recommended, after putting the balancing material (metal scrap) in
the box, to cover it with concrete with thickness about 1 inch. The weight of the counterweight box (concrete
layer included) is according to Table 4.6.1.
