3-7-6. Conference Call
If you wish to conference another party into an existing phone
call, press
HOLD
during the call. This places the existing caller on
HOLD
.

Person called screen
On Hold
Dial the number of the third person and press
CALL
.
When the third party answers, press
CONFERENCE
.
If the conference originator hangs up during the call, it will hang up the call for all three parties on the
digital video phone.
3-7-7. Call Waiting
You will hear a call waiting tone to indicate “Incoming Call signal” and the Caller ID information will be
displayed.
•
To accept the incoming call, press “1” (the current call will be placed on hold).
•
To reject the call, press “2” (the new caller will receive a voice mail
Busy Greeting
).
•
Once the incoming call is completed, press
HOLD
again to reconnect to the original
caller.
If the calling party hangs up, you will be automatically connected to the original caller.
4. SET-UP
4.1 Menu
Press
MENU
to display the Main Menu.
To navigate the menu screens, press the Navigation buttons “ “ until you reach the desired menu item.
Then press the
OK
button.
