D: How to Exchange the Wax Protec on
Filter on Your Speaker Unit

The wax filter in the receiver unit should
be replaced when clogged or when the
hearing aid does not sound normal. Use
the wax filter delivered by your hearing
care professional.

E: Make sure that the microphone openings
are not clogged by dust or dirt. Carefully
brush away visible signs of debris from the
openings. Brush only on the surface and
make sure the hairs of the brush are not
pressed into the microphone opening, as
this can affect the performance of the
 hearing aid.
