The relationship between physical activity, weight, BMI and food intake is seen
in the data below. Note the period of decreased activity in the life of our
volunteer and the resulting increase in weight and BMI.
Increased activity and diet management was able to bring both parameters back
to near normal for this volunteer. Awareness allows for rapid adjustment in
activity and food intake and lifestyle.
