Make sure the Time period is valid:

The time range is 00:00: - 24:00

Make sure the start time is before the selected end time

If you lost power during an event, or experienced a surge, the data may be unreadable. We
recommend using an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) with this DVR.

Check to make sure the time period you are trying to search is within the recorded time period
of the DVR (check the system information for “Record from” information).
