12. Backlight Function 

12.01.  LCD Backlight Level Adjustment

    

1.  Press and continue to hold the 

REPEAT

 button.

2.  Press  the 

 

or 

 

buttons to  adjust the backlight level as follows:

•  To brighten the backlight, press  the 

 

button.

•  To dim the backlight, press  the 

 

button.

3.  Release the buttons at the desired level of LCD brightness. The 

 

symbol will appear for 3 seconds showing that 

the backlight level is set.

12.02.  Permanently Turn On LCD Backlight 

NOTE

By default, the LCD Backlight is programmed to turn Off 15 seconds after a button has been last pressed. 

1.  Press and hold the 

REPEAT

 button for 4 seconds. 

2.  When the 

 

symbol appears, release the 

REPEAT

 

button and the backlight will remain Illuminated.

3.  To return to default settings, repeat steps 1 and 2. 

12.03.  ON/OFF Button Backlight

NOTE

The Wall Controller status must be On before operating this procedure. By default, the

 

 button backlight is On.

12.03.01.  Turn On the ON/OFF Button Backlight 

1.  Press and hold the 

REPEAT

 button.

2.  Press and release the 

 button, along with the 

REPEAT

 button.

3.  The 

 

symbol will appear for 3 seconds showing that the 

 button backlight is set.

remain lit.

12.03.02.  Turn Off the ON/OFF Backlight 

1.  Press and hold the 

REPEAT

 

button.

2.  Press and release the 

 button, along with the 

REPEAT

 button.

3.  The 

 

symbol will appear for 3 seconds showing that the 

 backlight is set. The 

 backlight will turn
