accurately, please wear the tracker around your
wrist tightly. Based on the different heart rate
ranges, the display will show 3 different heart
rate training zones for you to effectively manage
your exercise intensity.

To find out your estimated maximum heart rate, deduct
your current age from 220. Eg. A 30 year-old will have an
estimated maximum heart rate of 190 (220 - 30).
