2 Using the Android operating system
You can choose to synchronize your email on the handheld with an office computer.
When the account is set up and you are connected, use the icons at the bottom of the screen to
navigate round your email folders, and to compose new emails.
To open an email, tap it. Use the icons at the bottom of screen to:

click through the emails in the folder (for example, the Inbox if the email you opened was in the
Inbox)
l
delete the open email
To close the screen you are in, press the Back
button on the handheld.
To change email settings, tap Menu
on the handheld, then tap
Settings
. From here you can
also:
l
add further accounts. Tap ADD ACCOUNT at the top of the screen.
l
remove an account. Tap the account you want to remove, scroll down and tap
Remove
account
