Reflectors and Lights
Disengaging the motors
The wheelchair is equipped, as standard, with two
red reflectors at the back, one yellow reflector on
each side and two white reflectors in front.
Lights are available as option.
Lights must be used when driving outside after dusk.
The lights are activated using the button.

To dock the wheelchair to the vehicle you must disengage the
motors in order to manoeuvre the chair manually (see chapter 4
and 5).
Make sure that the ground is not sloping if the motors are being
disengaged.
Disengage the motors:
Pull out the handle slightly to the side and
then towards the front.
Engage the motors: Pull the handle
towards the back.
Belts (option)
Transportation in a slope can be hazardous
if the motors are disengaged.
Care Belt System: Careva
Careva stabilisation belts are very helpful
for people who need extra support when
sitting, for example if the upper body leans
to one side or the lower body slides forward
in the chair. The belt system comprises a
Spinal belt
which is fastened vertically over
the back support. The
Shoulder harnesses

or a
Combi-harness
are then installed in these channels.

Careva Harness system should always be used together
