LED Status Lights
The following table describes the meaning of the LED status lights
located on the front panel of the canister:
WARNING:
If you turn the controller OFF and the LED status
light continues to flash on and off, it means the battery is
backing up the data cache memory which contains valid
data that has not been written to the array(s). When this
occurs, you must turn the system on with the array(s)
attached to allow the valid data to flush to the disks. Failure
to do so will result in loss of data. A fully charged battery
can provide a minimum of 72 hours backup time.
