7. Clean the base plate.
8. Apply an equal layer of conductive paste on the cooling plate of the new PCB.
9. Replace the FCU PCB (B).
10. Set the dip-switches and straps to the same settings as the old FCU PCB .
11. Tighten the two screws (B).
12. Tighten the nine nuts (A).
CAUTION
Tighten the screws (B) before you tighten the nuts (A) to ensure the correct coupling of the cooling plate of the
board with the base plate.

13. Connect the cables to the connectors:
•
Power supply to P6 (If necessary to identify the connector, measure for 230 V);
•
AC input supply to the AC/DC supply connector on P7. Only for FCU-1.
•
Heater connection to P5;
•
MOV connection to P3;
•
Power distribution from the DC unit to TB1;
•
Door switch to P2;
•
Capacitor terminal connection to TB3 (red wire to +400 and blue/white wire to PE);
•
Coil connection to TB4 (RET and TRIG);
•
Flasher head connection to TB2;
•
Local bus to P4.
14. Install the cover.
15. Close the cabinet door.
16. Check if the FCU PCB works correctly. See chapter 7.
