7.5 Check equipment cabinet without LMC
Set power to ON
1. Make sure the rotary switch of the LMC is in position 1, 2 or 3.
2. Switch ON the mains breaker that feeds the equipment cabinet.
3. Switch ON the fused input switches (A).
•
FCU-1: fuse holders F1 and F2;
•
FCU-3: fuse holders F1, F2 and F3;
4. Pull out the door switch. This simulates that the door is closed.
Warning
The door switch is now in the ON position and the power in the cabinet is ON.
Check LEDs
5. Check the status of the LEDs of the FCU PCB. see §
.
Note
Check the LEDs through the holes on the cover.
6. Check if the flasher head(s) of the equipment cabinet flash(es) correctly.
Repeat
7. Repeat the procedure for all equipment cabinets.
7.6 Check flashing sequence
Check at brightness step 1
1. Set the rotary switch SW3 (A) of the LMC PCB to position 1.
2. Check if all the flasher heads flash in the correct order.
3. If this is not the case, check the equipment addresses of the flashing system. See §
