Errored Seconds CP-bit Parity: Count of seconds containing
one ore more CP-bit parity errors or one or more SEF or AIS
defects.
SESCP-P
Severely Errored Second CP-bit Parity: Count of seconds
containing more than 44 CP-bit parity errors or one or more
SEF or AIS defects.
UASCP-P
Unavailable Seconds CP-bit Parity: Count of 1-second
intervals during which the DS3 path is unavailable.
