Overview
GPIB (General Purpose Interface Bus) allows external control of the 4601 measurement function settings,
measurement parameter settings, and reading measurement data, making it simple to configure an auto-
mated measurement system.
As GPIB signals from the 4601 are electrically isolated inside the unit from the measurement signal sys-
tem, the connection of external devices does not affect the measured values. The remote commands are the
same as with USB.
