5.2
Measurement Functions and Parameters
For more information on the measurement function description, refer to Chapter 4.
This chapter describes the parameters set in MENU that is used in the measurement function.
5.2.1
DC Voltage Measurement (DCV)
Selecting the input impedance
The input impedance in the following range can be selected from HiZ and 10
M
.
100 mV, 1000 mV, and 10 V ranges (7461A/61P)
300 mV and 3000 mV ranges (7451A)
Select HiZ or 10 M
from ‘ZIn’ in
category in
.
Press
to determine the setting.
Select HiZ when the signal source impedance is high.
5.2.2
DC Voltage Measurement (DCV-Bch)
Selecting the measurement terminal
The measurement terminal can be selected as shown in below from 'BchDC' in
category in
.
HI - COM
Displays the voltage between Bch HI and COM terminals.
HI - LO
Measures the voltage between Bch HI and COM terminals,
measures the voltage between Bch Lo and COM terminals,
and displays the difference between both voltages.
RATIO
Display the voltage ratio between the following voltages:
The voltage between Bch HI and LOW terminals, and the
voltage between V and COM terminals
Press
to determine the setting.
The measurement voltage of each between terminals is as follows. For more information on, refer to Sec-
tion 4.2.1, “Measurement Functions.”
