Are the batteries empty or inserted the
wrong way around?
The scale appears to be displaying
wrong weighing results
Is the scale located on a firm, even surface?
Is a device that can cause electromagnetic
disturbances located in the vicinity of the
scale?
Remove the batteries from the scale and
wait a moment. Reinsert the batteries. The
data stored up to this point will be retained.
The display shows “oL”.
The maximum capacity of the scale (180 kg)
has been exceeded.
The display shows “C”.
The measured weight is under 3 kg.
“Lo” is shown on the display
The battery is empty.
“Err” is shown on the display
You are not standing on the scale correctly.
Both feet must be touching the sensors.. It
is also possible that the soles of your feet
are too dry.
The fat proportion % is too low: Below 4%
nothing can be displayed.
General error (e.g. if obviously incorrect
personal data has been entered).
