Cleaning
NOTE on material damage
− Do not immerse the scale in water or
other liquids.
− Do not under any circumstances use
harsh, scouring or abrasive cleaning
agents or the like to clean the scale.
Otherwise, the surface could be scratched.
The scale should be cleaned immediately after use,
especially after its contact with fat, spices, vinegar, and
other strongly flavoured and/or coloured foodstuffs.
− Wipe the scale as needed with a slightly damp soft
cloth. Avoid contact with citric acid.
