User Electrical Lines
There are 19 user electrical lines that run from CN20 at the back of the robot, up to CN21
on the top of Joint 2. See
. Maximum current per line is 1 Amp. Use
the supplied mating connector sets shown in
for CN20 and CN21.
Optional Solenoid Cable
An optional 4 meter Solenoid cable is available that connects between the XDIO connector
on the SmartController and the CN20 connector on the robot. The part number is
05739-040. Note: the optional Solenoid cable does not work with the Cobras350CR/ESD
robots.
The Solenoid cable brings a portion of the XDIO signals out to the CN21 connector at the
top of the robot. See
for the details of which signals are available at CN21. See

for the electrical specifications for the signals
from the XDIO connector.
