Hint:
If you want to try out a new line of pastry or for on-off baking processes or for your specific
needs, you can start a so-called manual program in
the controller (Program number „00“).
A manual program consist of one step. The nominal values for the manual program can be
entered and changed directly in readiness mode.

With a manual program the step is always
pre-
set as process 2 „Baking“.
The nominal values for the manual program
can be entered and adjusted directly in
readiness mode.
The entered nominal values of the manual
program only remain in readiness mode
until the next manual change to the nominal
values is made in readiness mode.
