List of errors (possible problems)
Occurring problem
Possible cause
Possible action
Program does not start
Program is empty
Pre-program a process
Pre-set start time has been
entered („Start“ button is flashing)
Press the
„Start/Stop“ button.
Program is terminated right
after the start
Possible break in a temp., core or
humidity sensor , display will show
„EEE“ for sensor break or
„---“ for sensor short circuit
Replace the faulty sensor or call
your service technician. Afterwards
the temperature has to be
checked. The
service technician
might have to adjust the controller.
Program is running fast
through all the steps and ends
- the pre-set core temperature
value is not reached
- FC-value is not reached
Check the pre-programmed values
of the program.
Nominal core value is higher than
the pre-programmed nominal
temperature value (negative core
shut-down, core temperature is
below the nominal temperature
value)

Running program switches
automatically into the
subsequent program
Program link is activated
Press the
„Stop“ button

Controller cannot be started
Disruption of the power supply
Take the controller off the power
supply for at least a minute. Now
switch the controller on again and
try to operate it.
"Short circuit temp.sensor"
Temperature sensor defect
Running program is terminated
Replace the sensor or assign a
different sensor to the measured
variable under Code 4400.
"Break
temp. sensor"
"Short circuit core sensor"
Core temperature sensor defect
Running program is terminated
Replace sensor. If you want to
continue using the appliance even
without a core sensor, enter „00“
for the core and FC-value
Replace the sensor or assign a
different sensor to the measured
variable under Code 4400.
"Break core sensor"
"Sensor fault:
opt. reglulator x
Short circuit/break"
Temperatur sensor of an optional
regulator (1 to 6) defect.
Additional regualtion is
disabled.
Replace sensor. In order to get rid
of the error message, disable the
sensor under Code 4400.
"Sensor fault:
opt. reglulator x
Overheating!"
Temperature at the sensor of an
optional regulator (1 to 6) is higher
than the maximum permissable
temperature
Additional regualtion is
disabled.
If option "Enable = manually" is
pre-programmed under Code
1024, you have to re-enable the
regulator under Code 5678.
