Select an insert to install, you can identify each lens by
the L & R markings on the outer edge.
Be sure to match up the correct insert with the correct
headset lens as they are customised for each eye.

First of all, orientate and align the insert to headset lens.

Once aligned, using the outer edge, firmly press the
insert onto the matching headset lens, this will securely
seat the insert onto the lens.
Try to avoid pressing down directly onto the lens itself.
