The hooter will sound if you hit this button.

Speed
After powers on, the Speed Light will show the current maximum speed of your
wheelchair. Each time the Speed Up Button (or Speed Down Button) is pressed,
the number of cells will increase (or decrease) by one causing the unit to
accelerate or decelerate. The user can adjust the maximum speed with these
buttons.
WARNING
The wheelchair user must have the ability to drive or control
the wheelchair safely. ADP Designs accepts no legal liability for
