LOS
Loss of Signal. No signal detected on port interface.
RED
Not able to frame data received on the port.
Alternately referred to as Out of Frame (OOF).
YELLOW
Remote alarm indicator (RAI) being received on port.
BLUE
Receiving unframed all ones from the port alarm
indicator signal (AIS).
