Seatboard angle adjustment
The seatboard straps quickly adjust the seatboard angle to any po-
sition.
For an upright, neutral sitting position pull the seatboard straps in to
achieve a steeper seatboard angle. This setting makes it easy to slip
back into the harness after takeoff.
For a less upright position loosen the seatboard straps and choo-
se a flatter angle for the seatboard. The pilot then feels no pressure
under the thighs. Getting back into the seat after takeoff is then mo-
re difficult.
Tip: Before takeoff set a standard position with the seatboard
inclined slightly upwards. You will then have no trouble sliding
back into the harness once airborne.
Fitting the speed bar
The speed system load and travel is directed through a system of
pulleys. From the risers the lines run on each side through the pulleys
at chest height (1), through the slots in the neoprene (2) then through
the round rings (3) and the small pulleys (4) at the end of the seat-
