· SCOUT UNFAMILIAR WATER; PORTAGE WHERE APPROPRIATE.
· DO NOT EXCEED YOUR PADDLING ABILITY; BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF.
· CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO BEGINNING YOUR PADDLESPORTS TRAINING.
