Disassembly of top canopy
Four (4) persons are necessary to disassemble the top canopy.
The top canopy is mounted with the hinges into the top canopy support.
Both have openings to feed through the supply cables and the exhaust air.
The expansion bellows form a closed channel between top supports and
column. The top canopy is fixed with with four hooks into the top canopy
supports. Safety latches which are let into the top canopy supports at
the head - and footend prevent the top canopy from being accidentally
dismounted. Each of the safety latches is secured by a screw.
Prior to removing the top canopy, it has to be fixed in closed position. For
this purpose the top canopy must be screwed at the hinges to the rear
column. One screw at the headend, one screw at the footend.
At the front, push the top canopy down and keep fast.
Push the screws through the threaded holes
- at the headend side
- at the footend side
Turn screws fast.
Loosen the cable ties which position the supply cables to the top canopy
supports.
Loosen the hose connections to the SunFresh system.
Blue hose = supply hose
Green hose = discharge hose
- Push in the blue ring at the hose coupling and hold.
- Pull the hose out of the connection.
- Let the blue ring go.
Pull out the top cables pulling upwards,
- roll up the cables
- put the cables on the top canopy

Open the safety latches,
- loosen the screws,
- push the latches to the front side,
- fasten screws again.
Remove the top canopy with four(4) persons.
- First, lift the top canopy out of the hooks at the rear (1) then
pull forward and remove (2).

Carry the top canopy to the site of installation and store safely for further
use.
